• All events require that the Applicant will place, maintain, and keep in force, during the term of the Applicant’s occupancy of the premises, public liability insurance, and property damage insurance in respect of the premises and the building with a combined limit of not less than $2 Million Dollars.

• Special Events Liability provides protection to event hosts against lawsuits arising out of single/multi-day functions with or without service of alcohol.
