The FLATO Academy Theatre is pleased to announce that we have launched a brand new ticketing system that has replaced Ticketmaster as our sole ticket provider for online and box office ticket sales.

What does this mean for you?

  • If you have already purchased tickets through Ticketmaster for a future event, your tickets will still be accepted at the door.

  • Electronic tickets for all events will now be located on one site www.flatoacademytheatre.com

  • Online ticket fees have been reduced significantly!

  • You will now be able to purchase multiple events at one time.

  • Electronic Gift Cards will be available online and at the box office. Click here for more information.

  • You will be able to create an account to access purchase information including Hard Tickets, E-Tickets, and gift cards.

How will this affect box office purchases?

  • If you have purchased tickets with us before, your information should be transferred to the new system, if for some reason it did not, we can easily set you up again.

  • In the coming months, we will be verifying Patron records to ensure we have complete and accurate information on file.

How will this affect online purchases?

  • All ticket sales through Ticketmaster will cease on Wednesday, August 30th at 11:59 PM and will appear on our website in the following days.

  • You may be prompted to set up a new username and password for our site.

  • IMPORTANT - Please be aware of third-party ticket sites. A Google search for “FLATO Academy Theatre” does not guarantee that our website will be the first option displayed by Google. Third-party ticket sites will masquerade as official sites but charge considerably more for tickets and are often in US funds. They may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid and may not be honoured. Tickets purchased from other sources are not eligible for a replacement if tickets are lost or stolen, or if the event is canceled or rescheduled.  We encourage you to contact our box office prior to your online purchase should you have any questions. The box office is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 - 4:00 and Saturdays from 12:00 - 4:00. The FLATO Academy Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased from any other source.

Steps for buying online.

  1. Visit our website at www.FLATOacademytheatre.com

  2. Browse through our selection of events by visiting the WHAT'S ON page.

  3. Click on the event you wish to see, this will take you to the event’s HOME PAGE.

  4. Click on the BUY TICKETS button.

  5. If the event has multiple showings, choose the DATE and TIME of the event you wish to see.

  6. Choose Select seats from map if you would like to select your own seats, or choose Find best available seating if you would like us to assign seating for you.

  7. If you chose to select your own seats then you can now click on any available seats that you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.

  8. Once the tickets are in your cart you can choose to Continue Shopping if there is another event you wish to buy tickets for or Checkout.

  9. Choose a delivery method, for online purchases choose FREE E-Ticket, then click Continue.

  10. If you have purchased tickets at The FLATO Academy Theatre in the past using your email address then proceed to Step 12.

  11. If this is your first time buying tickets at The FLATO Academy Theatre, you will be required to enter your information before moving on to the payment options screen.

  12. The FLATO Academy Theatre imported customer records from Ticketmaster but we will require you to add a password to your account. If you know that your email address has been used in the past to purchase tickets from us then Click Login and then choose Forgot Password, enter your email address, and click send Email, follow the steps in the email that was sent to you. If you receive a message that states email not found then you will need to register. Click the Login button again and this time choose Register. If you aren’t sure if your email address is on file, choose Register and enter your information, if you receive a message that states Email address on file, then click on the Forgot Email button and enter your email address.

  13. Follow the remaining steps to complete your purchase.

  14. Once your account has been created you will be able to sign into your account anytime by clicking Here, We recommend that you bookmark this site as you will be able to access your order history including hard ticket receipts and purchased E-Tickets. You will also be able to register and see gift card balances from your account. Please note: purchase history from Ticketmaster will not show here.
