FLATO ACADEMY THEATRE PRESENTS

A MUPPET CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION

Celebrate the magic of Christmas with an unforgettable evening of holiday fun, family activities, and a beloved festive film at the Academy Theatre!

Join us for A Muppet Christmas Celebration, featuring a special screening of The Muppet Christmas Carol, the heartwarming holiday classic starring Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Rizzo and all your favourite Muppet friends.

But the Christmas magic begins long before the movie!

Starting at 6:00 PM, explore the theatre and enjoy a festive collection of Christmas experiences for the whole family. Meet some familiar Muppet friends at our photo stations, encounter our roaming marionette dogs, snap a photo with our spectacular Christmas decorations and take part in a holiday photo scavenger hunt.

You can also visit The North Pole Mailroom, where little ones (and the young at heart!) can write or draw a letter to their favourite Muppet. With a return mailing address, they'll even have the chance to receive a personalized Christmas greeting in return!

At 7:00 PM, gather in the auditorium for a special welcome and a heartfelt moment of appreciation as we recognize and thank the incredible volunteers who help make the Academy Theatre such a special part of our community. Then, join us for a festive Christmas carol sing-along, with familiar holiday favourites to get everyone into the Christmas spirit before the movie begins!

Then, settle in for the main event: The Muppet Christmas Carol, beginning at approximately 7:20 PM.

Your ticket includes:

Admission to the screening of The Muppet Christmas Carol
One complimentary hot beverage of your choice
Access to the festive pre-show Christmas experience
The North Pole Mailroom letter-writing experience
A special evening of Christmas music, community and holiday cheer
Plus other special festive pre-show activities!

Whether you're starting a new family tradition or simply looking for a little extra Christmas magic, this is an evening to celebrate the season together.

Gather your favourite people and join us for a Muppet-filled evening of Christmas cheer!
